These are definitely interesting times we are in! There has been an incredible amount of energy over the past two weeks. My little body has had some glitches to deal with, but I do my best to eat properly and get lots of R&R. I have been experiencing foot and lower leg cramps and just general pain in my feet off and on. I am not alone with this experience. We are grounding a lot of energy right now and as Alton would say "Take your shoes off Mom and go barefoot!" Now more than ever I believe it's important to connect skin to skin with Mother Earth and ground.
The horses have been processing this new energy too! After yesterday though things have eased up and I feel like a fog has been lifted off of me. Yesterday, Tina commented that my aura was huge and lovely, with blue, white and green running throughout it. My appetite is back and I feel like listening to music.
The sun is taking a break today and it is supposed to rain Monday and Tuesday, very much needed!
